ChildWay Pediatric Services is home to medically fragile children who need constant care. ChildWay serves as a non-profit organization within the Lansdale and East Norriton community that has retrofitted residential homes to accommodate the needs of the medically fragile population we serve. Our medical facilities serve to provide a welcoming environment for the children to live in.
ChildWay is currently seeking a Human Resource Generalist to join our dedicated team. Our ideal candidate is hard-working, detail-oriented, and a team-player. We are currently hiring for a Full-Time position.
What you’ll do:
At ChildWay, you will have a rewarding and fulfilling career as a Human Resource Generalist. You will be a vital part of the team, assisting the Administrative Team in their tasks and day-to-day operation. As a Human Resource Generalist at ChildWay, your responsibilities are, but not limited to:
Main Responsibility: Creating monthly schedules and addressing daily scheduling needs.
· Follows all administrative, Medical Fiscal, Program and Human Resource Policy of the agency. Comply with county, state, and federal regulations.
· Maintain compliance with federal and state regulations concerning HR related employment.
· Works to recruit employees and assist on the hiring process.
· Conducts new employee orientation.
· Assists with employee relations, counseling and solution planning implementation.
· Assist with benefit administration.
· Promotes and communicates information on employee benefits and service.
· Maintains employee files in accordance with state and federal guidelines.
· Coordinates employee discipline and write-ups.
· Conducts and oversees the process with unemployment hearing.
· Conducts and oversees the process of Workers Compensation Matters.
· Assist in development and implementation of personal policies and procedures; maintains and promotes employee handbook; maintain HR polices and procedure manual.
*Position does include traveling to all three locations*
Job Requirements:
· Clean Criminal, FBI, and Child Abuse background checks.
· BLS Certification (Preferred, but not required)
· First Aid Certification (Preferred, but not required)
· College Degree Preferred
· 2 years’ experience in related field preferred
· Must be able to lift 50lbs or more.
· Must be 21 years of age or older.

Pay: $42,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
