Director of Human Resources

Location: Redding, CA

Compensation: Competitive Salary up to $125,000 (DOE) plus Comprehensive Benefits

Company Overview:

We are an established, FQHC, nonprofit organization looking to hire a Full Time Director of Human Resources to join our ever-growing leadership team. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Human Resources to join our dedicated team in Redding, CA.

Key Responsibilities of Director of HR:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies that support the overall business objectives.
  • Collaborate with executive leadership to align HR initiatives with organizational goals.
  • Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring the acquisition of top talent.
  • Implement effective strategies for employee development, performance management, and succession planning.
  • Foster a positive work environment through proactive employee relations initiatives.
  • Address and resolve employee concerns, maintaining a culture of open communication.
  • Manage and administer a comprehensive benefits program.
  • Ensure competitive compensation structures and oversee payroll processes.

Qualifications of Director of HR:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • Proven experience as an HR leader, preferably 5+ years in a similar capacity.
  • In-depth knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and regulations.
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday

Education:

  • Master's (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Human Resources: 5 years (Preferred)

Ability to Relocate:

  • Redding, CA: Relocate before starting work (Preferred)
