Role & Responsibilities
Supports and implements the day-to-day operations of designated care management teams. Ensures that Care Management teams are effective in the provision of services and adhering to all relevant regulatory standards. Assists the Chief Operating Officer (Care Management) in implementation and training of Care Management standards and staff to ensure organizational progress in achieving those goals and objectives within the strategic and annual plans as they relate to service provision, compliance with regulatory standards and employee relations. Effectively communicates to ensure Operations staff are integrating the mission and values of the organization in their work with youth and families.
Qualifications
Master's Degree with at least five years' experience supervising and in a middle management role with oversight of social service staff in a non-profit family service organization. At least three years' experience working within the NJ CSOC. LCSW, LPC and/or LMFT required.

Salary Range: $85,000+ (commensurate with experience)
