Acts as a recruitment consultant and strategic partner to hiring leader, developing creative sourcing plans for difficult to fill, leadership and other positions as assigned. Proven ability to produce leads and create candidate pipelines through cold calling, networking, and social media. Coordinates and leads scoping sessions for difficult to fill positions and creates job specifications for marketing purposes. Understands the business and actively seeks industry knowledge to continue to remain educated on industry standards and competition. Follows through with the employment process as defined by policy. This position will require high volume cold calling, will support the Oncology recruitment team and the Baptist Medical Group hiring.
Hybrid- Remote. Onsite meetings and/or trainings as required per operational needs.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree preferred. PHR or other HR certification preferred. Minimum 3 years specialized expertise in recruitment, search firm and/or healthcare recruitment required. In-depth sourcing experience using different sourcing methods, databases and cold calling is a must. Experience with applicant tracking systems required. Strong Boolean search knowledge & search string creation experience, previous sourcing experience in supporting multi functions and business units and strong social media sourcing experience required. Must be self-motivated, able to work independently, manage aggressive deadlines, multiple priorities and allocate appropriate time between positions assigned. Project management skills required. Demonstrated ability to consistently follow through and successfully communicate verbally and in writing. Excellent customer service skills. Strong attention to details. Advanced level of proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and Outlook Programs.
