Pernod Ricard Winemakers USA is seeking a seasoned Financial Analyst with over 3 years of experience specializing in business unit collaboration and ad hoc reporting. Advanced proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables and advanced functions, is essential. The role involves financial modeling, forecasting, and trend analysis, supporting OPEX forecasting, wet inventory analysis, winemaking cashflow reporting, and supply requirement modeling. The Financial Analyst will report to the Accounting and Finance Manager, providing critical insights and business partnering for operational decision-making. With ample opportunities for growth, the role offers invaluable exposure to the inner workings of winemaking production through partnership with key stakeholders of the process.
Clear communication is vital to success as this role partners across the organization both locally and with affiliate companies in Australia & New Zealand.

Key Role Responsibilities
Proactively collaborate with key stakeholders of the business to conduct timely analysis of operating activities and deliver accurate forecasting insights, highlighting drivers of risks and opportunities. Responsible for adherence to timeline, attention to detail, accuracy of submissions, and providing clear communication of key messages and financial drivers to senior leadership.
Responsibilities include:
- P&L budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
- DTC and bulk wine sales budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
- Winemaking cash flow forecasting and reporting (wine cash out)
- Monthly reconciliation and upload of volume and sales to central data hub
- Supply requirements modelling and business partnering
- Financial modelling, ad hoc reporting, and analysis
- Compliance filings, including TTB and CDTFA
Essential Qualifications/Skills:
· Undergraduate degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Economics, or related discipline
· 3 or more years of experience in financial planning and/or accounting
· Proficiency in Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office, in particular Excel, and PowerPoint
· Comfort in collaborating with an array of stakeholders; operate as main point of contact for frequent finance inquiries
· Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills; able to manage priorities, workflow and meet tight deadlines
Desirable Qualifications/Skills:
· Business experience in wine industry and/or FMCG
· ERP experience (JD Edwards); Hubble
· Proficiency in PowerBI, Power Query

Pay Transparency Disclosure: The base pay scale offered for this position is $80,000-$90,000 plus bonus potential. These figures represent what we reasonably expect to pay for this position, but the actual compensation offered will depend upon numerous job-related factors, including but not limited to candidate qualifications, skills, experience, education, location, and alignment with market data. The Company reserves the right to modify the range in the future.
