Pariva Health is looking for a Part-Time Master of Social Work (MSW) to join our team. Our mission is to empower the families of neurodivergent children through our whole-family engagement model. We are seeking a MSW with comprehensive based therapy and psychological testing skills that range from pediatrics to adults. The clinician will focus on providing multidisciplinary child/family assessments, provided support activities and education, enable families to engage their child in learning and promote developmental gains.

Our model is 100% remote, though clinical roles must reside in the state where services are provided.

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Provide therapeutic services to clients/families, maintaining as caseload of 5-15 clients (initially)
  • Work closely with our team on the implementation of the treatment and support plan
  • Monitor the progress of the treatment and support plan through regular contact with the family/caregivers
  • Complete intake and assessments to develop an individualized Family Need Profile and Support Plan
  • Coordinate monthly community outreach, messaging, and meetings, about our vision and counseling support
  • Ability to learn and use the therapeutic developmental kit to empower families to develop skills and behavior gaines
  • Support organizational growth

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Master of Social Work (MSW) in the state of Vermont
  • Must pass all clearances
  • Must be comfortable providing tele-therapy
  • Bi-lingual - Spanish preferred
  • Experience with children - Nice to have
  • Previous ABA experience, Specialized Day Care, Schools, etc. - Nice to have
  • Trauma informed care training - Nice to have

Job Types: Part-time, Contract

Expected hours: 1 – 29 per week
