Summary: LLS is a mission centric, locally delivered and nationally powered organization, relentlessly pursuing cancer cures. To help achieve this mission, this role is responsible for leading the design, implementation and continuous improvement of business knowledge critical to achieving organizational targets. Equally responsible for distributing relevant content and business critical information in an engaging and organized way to enhance the employee operating experience.

Core Responsibilities/ Primary Duties
  • Collaborate with revenue leadership and shared services to design and maintain the standardized organization of documents and the strategy for distribution and version control
  • Lead the development and maintenance of a centralized repository for organizational business knowledge
  • Assess organizational needs for guidelines, processes and procedures and development prioritized documentation on an on-going basis
  • Review standards, guidelines and resources prior to publishing to verify that they are in compliance with LLS Legal, People Org and Finance stated policies.
  • Research and document existing and needed business processes (along with any gaps or inconsistencies), synthesize needs from partners
  • Implement a search engine that allows for questions to be easily triaged or escalated as necessary.
  • Facilitate cross-functional alignment across organization through the alignment committee
  • Develop and implement process efficiencies to reduce workload on region staff
  • Continuous improvement – Regularly review audits for accuracy and relevance (ensure it is not duplicative or conflicts with other documentation). Identify materials that are unclear or need additional guidance, escalate to appropriate business partner to ensure all necessary reviews take place and all approvals are obtained prior to publishing
  • Maintain a working knowledge of prioritized requested enhancements, projects, innovation ideas to identify how they may impact current resource documentation.

Minimum Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • 7+ years of experience in a directly relatable role
  • Prior LLS experience preferred
  • Knowledge of LLS mission, products and services preferred
  • Experience with Knowledge Management Systems preferred

  • The average salary range is $111,000 - $159,000, open to further discussion based on geography.
