Human Resources Coordinator - Assistant
Come join us at Lourdes Noreen-McKeen Residence! A Faith-Based, Nonprofit, Short-Term Rehabilitation and Skilled Geriatric Care facility sponsored by the Carmelite Sisters for the Aged and Infirm, we've served the community since 1960. We are a place of life, a place of caring, and more importantly, a true home for our residents.
We are looking for Human Resources Assistant.
- $48K to $50K Annually.
Human Resources Assistant Qualifications:
- Must have a Bachelor’s Degree in related field or significant HR experience and demonstrated intermediate skill with MS Office products (Excel and Powerpoint), web-based database and recruiting software.
- Two years of Human Resources experience required.
- Experience in a Long-Term Care a plus.
- Experience with UKG (Ultipro/Kronos) a plus.
Human Resources Assistant Job Summary:
- Screen, follow-up, schedule and conduct interviews with applicants to certain job posts.
- Complete New Hire onboarding to include pre-employment criminal background check, physical and TB testing.
- Assist with New Hire orientation.
- Assist in maintaining Employee Handbook, job descriptions, performance evaluations, and all other HR-related documents.
- Maintain employee files in accordance with policies and procedures to include all required state and federal forms and records of required training.
- Assist with payroll and attendance tracking.
- Assist in maintaining an organized employee benefits program.
- Assist the HR Director and Administrator with various tasks and projects.

Experience
Required- 1 year(s): Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) required.
- 1 year(s): Experience in a Long-Term Care required.
