- Support and Manage Employee Relations: Address and resolve tier 1-2 employee relations matters, including performance concerns and workplace conflicts, ensuring alignment with policies, legal standards, and a respectful organizational culture.
- Drive DEAIB Initiatives: Partner with leadership to advance diversity, equity, accessibility, inclusion, and belonging (DEAIB) initiatives, embedding these principles into HR programs, policies, and daily operations.
- Enhance Employee Engagement and Culture: Support initiatives that foster an inclusive and collaborative culture, including employee recognition programs, feedback mechanisms, and engagement surveys.
- Optimize HR Operations: Support and drive essential HR operations, including employee records management, HRIS updates, and employment verifications, ensuring data accuracy and operational excellence.
- Ensure Compliance & Policy Adherence: Manage compliance with employment laws and update employee policies and handbooks as needed, providing guidance on best practices to minimize legal risk.
- Foster a Culture of Performance: Support the performance management process, including program management through communications, systems, problem solving, and program elevation through data analytics, and being a resource for employees on process,policy, and systems.
- Provide Insights through Reporting & Analytics: Generate and analyze HR metrics to support informed decision-making and suggest improvements to HR practices.
- Manage Internal Employee Communications: Develop and distribute timely, clear, and engaging communications related to HR policies, program updates, and operational processes, fostering an informed and connected workforce.
- Employee Relations Knowledge: Skilled in supporting, managing, and resolving workplace issues with a commitment to maintaining a fair and respectful environment.
- DEAIB Expertise: Demonstrated commitment to fostering diversity, equity, accessibility, inclusion, and belonging, with the ability to operationalize these principles in policies and programs.
- Data-Driven Decision-Making: Ability to use data and HR metrics to guide and evaluate practices, ensuring HR activities support organizational objectives.
- Project Management Ability: Proficient in managing HR-related projects from start to finish, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and aligning project outcomes with company goals.
- Proactive Communication: Skilled in clear, effective communication across various levels, adept at conveying policies, processes, and updates in a relatable and professional manner.
- Adaptability: Flexible and capable of adjusting to changing priorities and unforeseen challenges, with a solution-oriented mindset to maintain operational flow.
- Compliance Knowledge: In-depth understanding of employment laws, policies, and regulations, with the ability to ensure organizational adherence and mitigate risk.
