The Mission of King's Gate is to take the love of Jesus Christ to the community by partnering with families to equip the whole student for their individual calling through a rich, experiential education.

TO BE CONSIDERED FOR A KING’S GATE POSITION, PLEASE SUBMIT:

• One-page describing your Christian journey, current relationship with GOD and why you are pursuing a ministry position as a leader I n Christian education.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Proven experience in fundraising and donor management including capital fundraising projects
• Experience with development operations, capital campaigns, solicitation of donations, fundraising events and process, and building long-term strategic partnerships.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with donors and sponsors
• Experience in planning and executing fundraising events
• Knowledge of grant writing and donor stewardship best practices
• Proficiency in using fundraising software and databases
• Bachelor's degree in communications, public relations, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
• Passion for the mission and values of King's Gate Christian School
• Affirming positive references and a clear background screening
• The person must be a Christian, affirm the *ACSI Statement of Faith, the King’s Gate’s Foundation Statements, that the Bible is the Word of GOD, and serve as a Christian role model (Luke 6:40) demonstrating Christian character and King’s Gate’s Foundation Statements in daily life and attitude.

There are 25 scheduled days off from September through May and shortened weeks in the summer:

-Labor Day (First Monday in September)

-Fall Break – based on school calendar

-Thanksgiving Week (Week in November)

-Christmas Eve through New Year’s Day – (Two weeks)

-Spring Break – (One week based on school calendar)

-Good Friday (Friday before Easter)

-Easter Monday (Unless exchanged for a snow day)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $35,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
