Are you called to tell the story of a nonprofit ministry? King's Gate may be the place for you! We are growing and building a learning community. Help identify and foster friendships and partnerships that will provide the resources to ensure that King's Gate can continue to point students and families towards the glory and kindness of your GOD.
The Mission of King's Gate is to take the love of Jesus Christ to the community by partnering with families to equip the whole student for their individual calling through a rich, experiential education.
TO BE CONSIDERED FOR A KING’S GATE POSITION, PLEASE SUBMIT:
- Resume detailing education history, employment history, and at least three references.
- One-page describing your Christian journey, current relationship with GOD and why you are pursuing a ministry position as a leader I n Christian education.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Proven experience in fundraising and donor management including capital fundraising projects
- Experience with development operations, capital campaigns, solicitation of donations, fundraising events and process, and building long-term strategic partnerships.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with donors and sponsors
- Experience in planning and executing fundraising events
- Knowledge of grant writing and donor stewardship best practices
- Proficiency in using fundraising software and databases
- Bachelor's degree in communications, public relations, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
- Passion for the mission and values of King's Gate Christian School
- Affirming positive references and a clear background screening
- The person must be a Christian, affirm the *ACSI Statement of Faith, the King’s Gate’s Foundation Statements, that the Bible is the Word of GOD, and serve as a Christian role model (Luke 6:40) demonstrating Christian character and King’s Gate’s Foundation Statements in daily life and attitude.

There are 25 scheduled days off from September through May and shortened weeks in the summer:
-Labor Day (First Monday in September)
-Fall Break – based on school calendar
-Thanksgiving Week (Week in November)
-Christmas Eve through New Year’s Day – (Two weeks)
-Spring Break – (One week based on school calendar)
-Good Friday (Friday before Easter)
-Easter Monday (Unless exchanged for a snow day)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $35,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
